Christian Poloczek, Founder
Christian is a citizen of Germany and Poland. He studied Law and Economics in Munich, Germany and is the founder of over 100 companies worldwide with annual revenues more than $ 500 million.
Currently Chairman of numerous Supervisory Boards, Christian was the President of the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Polish Employers Organisation responsible for the communication with the OECD.
Fluent in 8 languages Christian founded SEAT importerships and dealerships with related insurance and logistics subsidiaries in Poland, Russia and Ukraine achieving sales more than 170,000 vehicles and was the Harley Davidson importer for Poland.
Christian acquired the SIXT franchise for Poland and founded Eurorent in 2001, currently producing annual revenues more than $100 million.
Christian formed Keenee Tech in 2020.
Iain Davie, Co Founder
Iain is from England and spent 10 years working in the music and entertainment industry with a public listed international record, book, and film company. He formed his first company in 1995 within music and the emerging PC games industry, by 1997/98 Iain supplied sourcing for 65% of the PC Games sold within the United Kingdom.
Iain sold a majority shareholding to leading CD manufacturer Disctronics Ltd in 1998 becoming President of Group Sales working between the UK and USA facilities.
Recognising new opportunities in 2001 as the UK rolled out satellite TV and the ecommerce revolution, Iain utilised his knowledge of American markets and formed WFL Ltd, importing products successfully sold through American TV shopping into the UK and combining TV order fulfilment with that from the newly emerging product based websites.
Having identified weaknesses in fragmented supply and then creating solutions for emerging industries in his previous businesses, Iain has formatted his experience into Keenee, working with Christian on the project since February 2021.
Dr Tomasz Grzyb (CEO Global)
Tom is from Poland and holds a PhD in Management Science and is a Postgraduate of Management and Marketing.
Toms’ unique ability in corporate management saw him become the Sales and Marketing Director of the Iberia Motor Company in 2007 and promotion to CEO in 2009.
Tom was President of the Board for Iberia and Logistics Company LOGIS, Poland’s leading distributer for brands such as Recaro and BabySafe up until 2018.
Currently Tom is a member of the supervisory board for many companies, including LOGIS and leading car rental company Eurorent and the SIXT franchise.
Tom became a business consultant in 2012 using his experience in top level business management to specialise in Project Implementation, Effective Management, Sales Efficiency, Team Motivation and Brand development.
As CEO of Keenee Tech, Tom worked with Christian from the formation in 2020 and is responsible for global operations.
Jeffrey Fidelman (Interim CFO)
Jeffrey’s eclectic background in helping businesses with fundraising strategy is the ideal fit for the deliverables on this engagement. He has worked with several tech and tech-enabled ESG companies, positioning them for investor presentations with both family offices and donor-advised funds (DAF’s). as well as institutions
As a Partner at a VC in NYC several years ago, Jeffrey’s strategy was to work with the business to finalize the presentation, narrative, and story. His specialties include creating and/or revising investor materials (presentations and financial models) as well as delivering valuation analysis and a cap table (or convertible note) calculator for pre and post-investment.
He has built cap tables, pro forma’s, and financial/operational models in the preparation of formal capital infusions. Additionally, Jeffrey prepares an independent valuation report for the entrepreneur to validate the capital sought and equity or convertible note being acquired by the investor.
Jeffrey’s banking experience includes Morgan Stanley, running their syndication group for Private Wealth Management and HSBC where he led Revenue Strategy for all of Manhattan.
Jeffrey joined the Keenee team in September 2021 as interim CFO completing the corporate structure and orchestrate investment strategy
Kamil Grymuza (Interim CTO)
Kamil currently lives in Poland and holds a degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Warsaw University of Technology. He is a passionate software engineer and a visionary, execution-focused technical leader with over 15 years of experience both at startups as well as large corporations from the USA, UK and Poland (TOP 3% global freelance talent according to Toptal).
Kamil’s ability to bridge the gap between business and technology resulted in him becoming the CTO of Crowdspring – the 2nd largest marketplace for creative services in the world. A promotion he earned by successfully rebuilding the whole product, which at the time was used by over 300,000 users worldwide.
More recently Kamil lead the team building global-scale Business Intelligence tools at Procter & Gamble, redefined the structure of the Engineering Team at YouGov (global market research firm) in response to its rapid growth, and joined Wagestream (one of the Top UK’s fintech startups) on the mission to improve the financial well-being of over 700,000 front-line workers.
Kamil joined the Keenee team, originally as an advisor, in August 2020.
Aleksandra Korczynska (Marketing)
Aleksandra currently lives in Poland and got her business & leadership education graduating from Harvard Executive Education and data-driven attitude in marketing from data science MA in Warsaw.
As current CMO for GetResponse, she is guiding global SaaS marketing and growth. Driven by data analytics and growth hacking, she has crafted exceptional go-to-market strategies for global brands (incl Uber) and tech-start-ups alike.
Aleksandra actively supports start-ups in the CEE region, as an advisor for non-profit and Google for Start-ups consulting programs.
Experienced with building go-to-market strategies for SaaS companies, online marketing, PPC, website design, app development, funnel optimization, scaling teams, and orgs, software product development, pricing, experimentation, market research, and statistics.
